Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Paypal is accepted through my secure checkout. Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover credit cards as well as E-checks are also accepted and are processed via Paypal. Cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks are welcomed as well and may be mailed in to me (instructions come with your checkout). Orders paid by personal check will ship when check clears.
Q: What is Paypal?
A: Paypal is a global online payment system. It is easy to use, convenient, free when paying for purchases, and is secure. For more information about Paypal, visit the site at www.paypal.com.
Q: What shipping method do you use? Do you ship internationally?
A: I mail all of my orders via USPS. See my Shipping & Returns page for more details. And yes, I am pleased to offer shipping internationally! International orders are mailed via USPS First Class International Mail.
Q: Can you notify me when you bring in new Magnolia stamps?
A: Yes I can! Please be sure to sign-up for my newsletter...you can do this in the right hand column of my site, in the Newsletter Box, or you can sign-up when placing an order as well. All new Magnolia/Sarah Kay/Rachelle Anne Miller shipments will be communicated via the newsletter. New shipments come in often, every 2-3 weeks or so.
Q: What is Magnolia's Angel policy?
A: From the Magnolia website, "We allow our images to be used on items for resale as long as everything is hand stamped. Please do not reproduce any of our images electronically or mechanically, by means of computers or copy machines."
Q: Will that white “Roses on Paper” wording be written across the face of all my cards?
A: No. As much as I like the name “Roses on Paper”, the wording you see on some of the pictures is a watermark meant to protect the photos used on the site against internet piracy and unauthorized replication of my work—it will not appear on your purchased cards. There is, however, a “Roses on Paper” trademark stamped on the back of each card. On the same note, the Magnolia Rubber Stamp images also contain a watermark.
Q: You offer clear envelopes as a choice for your cards. What would I use a clear envelope for?
A: Clear envelopes are a great way to showcase the card you’re giving. When added to a wrapped gift, this really adds to the beauty of the packaging. I have used these cards, placed in clear envelopes, as party favors — either singly or tied in twos with pretty ribbon and a tag.
Q: Can I mail a card in a clear envelope?
A: Clear Bags produces the clear envelopes I carry. According to their website and the USPS website, the envelopes have been cleared for use in mailing however, poly-wrapped items of this size generally require additional postage as they are considered to be non-machinable. Please check with your local post office for more specifics.
When shipping in these envelopes, you can either write the addresses on the backside of your card before inserting into the clear envelope OR affix address labels to the envelope itself. Also, be sure to use self-adhesive postage stamps!
Q: How do your note cards come packaged?
A: Individual cards and their envelopes come protected in a clear re-sealable poly bag. Every 10 cards purchased comes with a clear card box, perfect for storage if you’re buying for yourself; beautiful for gift giving as well.
Q: Can I buy extra card boxes or envelopes from you?
A: Yes, you can! Please see the Envelopes & Boxes section. |
